La fréquentation des clubs photo d’Asnières-sur-Seine et de Saint Laurent du Var lui donne les bases pour une approche plus personnelle. Le déclic se produit en 2003, lors d’un spectacle de flamenco dans un théâtre niçois où il prend quelques clichés. Depuis il se passionne pour cette danse.
