Saturday, July 3, 2010. Your typical famous Mexican dips. Avocado richness! 2 large avocados (Hass avocados for creamier and tastier mud! 2 large tomatoes (We only need the meaty part, dice them). 2 spoonful of finely chopped garlic. 1 medium sized onion (Dice them too! Juice from 1 lemon. 1 teaspoon of Salt. Slice and scoop out the avocados. Mix tomatoes, garlic and onion, then add avocado, lemon juice, a few cracks of black pepper and salt. Mash them till lumpy. Serve with corn chips and enjoy a movie!
