PLEASE TRY AND KEEP GOING. I am not a Mental Health Specialist, but I do have Mental Health Issues. We see people who have mental illnesses everyday. I tried to hide my problems (and sometimes still do, to my own detriment) due to the stigma that surrounds it. I want to try to help overcome that stigma. I use my Russian Black Terrier, Rebel as my Black Dog, as Winston Churchill used it as an analogy of his depression. I have a depressive disorder, PTSD and for a long time was misdiagnosed with BPD.
