Sep 2nd, 2008 04:48 pm. It will be a few more days before I get pictures up here, and there won't be many. A sensor in our stupid camera broke on the first day and every picture after the first few hours of the con is full of horizontal lines. We do have a few pre-camera break and a few afterward that aren't two bad, but I would have had such an interesting album if it didn't go kaput. I'm already contemplating a return visit next year. Dragoncon commentary - My Journal. Aug 29th, 2008 07:52 pm. I've posted a few crappy phone pics on my facebook page if anyone is curious enough to look. Photos of DBB in his utilikilt to follow. Now if I can just convince Goldberry to compete in the Dawn costume contest my world will be complete. 2008-08-30 10:28 am (UTC). Jun 8th, 2008 05:50 pm. I fall in love with my patients all the time. I'm not supposed to, I would even say it's not recommended, but I do even against my better judgment. I'm sitting at a benefit for one of my patients who is terminating chemo therapy. Her parents held a benefit to help with bills from now to the end. The poor kid is so shy she has never said so much as hello to me, but I'm still going to have a little empty space that she used to fill when she came into the hospital.
