Zaterdag 23 juni 2007. Check out onze 4WD Jackaroo! Gekocht van Lee and Sandy - superrelaxte locals uit de buurt van Darwin. We logeren hier nu al twee dagen! Zij hadden al een en ander aan de Jackaroo verbouwd, en wij hebben de afgelopen tijd hier nog aan doorgeklust. Achterin zit een twee persoons bed op een 75l watertank (met kraan en douche! Twee grote lades aan de achterkant en een klep met daaronder kratten en een safe. Een extra'tje bij de auto is een "bakkie". Geplaatst door yannic and monique.

Woensdag 20 februari 2008. Zo’n 5 weken geleden waren we waar we vandaag weer waren. Te bizar! Ongelooflijk hoeveel er kan gebeuren in zo’n korte tijdsperiode. We hebben extreem moeten knippen in onze fotovoorraad, die in 5 weken tijd zo ongeveer verdubbeld is. Veel meer te zien dus, maar ff wachten tot we terug zijn! Supermooie regio. Woensdag 25 juli 2007. We lopen een beetje achter met onze site, maar we zitten dan ook de hele tijd in de auto of in de bush.Na de dirty roads van de vorige keer hebben we voor de verandering eens de Highway genomen. (Trouwens op verzoek ditmaal wat grotere foto's). De eerste drie foto's zijn nog uit mirima national park in het oosten maar de foto's daarna zijn zo'n 2500km westwaarts daarvan genomen. (o trouwens check Yannic in de grote boabtree - dat ding is echt huge! Vissen, vissen, vissen en vissen!
