Monday, June 13, 2011. Long Time No Post. Yes I have difficulties remembering to post here with any regularity. I'm working on it. Here's a bowl of kale chips. That's right. It seems that someone found out if you tear up a kale, put it on a cookie sheet, douse it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, you can put it in the oven at 325 for 20 - 30 minutes and instead of getting soggy, it gets crisp. Wednesday, April 6, 2011. I am going to try this again. Let's see if I can post at least four times a week. Here's Monday night's dinner. Tonight was salmon with a yogurt sauce with dill and garlic. Those cute itty bitty potatoes, more bread, and french green beans. That's a Mudslinger red ale from Red Hook in the glass.
