Monday, 5 May 2014. Damn it's been a while since I've done an update. Well let's see what's been happening:. I'm still a type 1 diabetic (yes the bad kind) T T lol. I'm still running from zombies 5 days a week, around half an hour or so 4 days and a 1 hour run during the weekend. I'm slowly building up to running an hour each time during the week rather that starting out running for an hour, that's how I sprained my ankles a few months ago. Very informative and very funny.
