Campus Crafts: Winky Blinky
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2009/01/winky-blinky.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Winkly Blinky was named by a friend for his 2 different sized eyes. I made him a couple weekends ago when I had some time to kill. There isn't much to say about him, except that he is a very good secret keeper. Seems like he needs a tongue bag! April 6, 2009 at 5:52 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Campus Crafts: August 2008
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 21, 2008. Bugsy over at A Day in the Life of Bugsy. In other news, I finally get to move into my next room tomorrow evening. It has been a long week and a half by myself with no where to go. The worst part was that I had no sewing machine or even any needles and thread (gasp! I did purchase some faux fur, so there will be creatures in the future. However, as I start school and a new play next week, my free time will be lacking. Saturday, August 9, 2008. Quilts on the Move.

Campus Crafts: September 2008
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 27, 2008. I have been wanting to make a small quilt for awhile, and after seeing this "Face" series. Here is what the back looks like:. Saturday, September 13, 2008. Quite Literally a Steal. I was helping clean up our Drama Club's theatre today, and I got to walk away with these little finds. They reminded me a little of my brother's suitcase table. Wednesday, September 3, 2008. New Room (but not so new anymore.). In other news I have joined Etsy! I figured I might try to make some th...

Campus Crafts: October 2008
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 22, 2008. A Reachable Future of Tailor's Hams and Seam Rippers. Anyway, this semester in costuming we have done mostly hand sewing and machine sewing samples (not the most fun, so I have decided to subject no one to any pictures of these). We watched the movie version of An Ideal Husband. And took one person's costume and made a collaged rendering of one of their costumes in modern times (I got an A! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). While trying to remain sane amidst the papers, tests, and ...

http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 9, 2009. In an attempt to get published in Stuffed Magazine. I have created a new blog devoted to my plush creatures. It is still a work in progress as there aren't many new creatures featured yet, but I need to take pictures of a few more that are finished and waiting. However, hopefully by the time I hear back from Stuffed. I can have a decent blog that will get my creatures out there. The blog is called Plush Mud. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). There isn't much to say about him, except that he is a very good secret keeper. Sunday, January 4, 2009. As I said earlier I had to design 4 costumes for a show (I chose Arsenic and Old Lace). But not make them, and then create one garment (I made a vest). Here is the work that helped me to get my A. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Feed Dog Craft Blog.

Campus Crafts: November 2008
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2008. Shoo Fly Don't Bother Me. Maybe a better view? Sunday, November 2, 2008. Who's feeling the bloat? Well, for those 2 or 3 of you that are reading this, happy late Halloween, and hopefully you aren't too sick off of all that candy (Not that I feel you are of Trick-or-Treating age. That should have stopped in junior high.). Just thought that I would share my single best and worst (at the same time) costume idea ever. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2008/12/last-minute-project.html
Sunday, December 7, 2008. A Last Minute Project. The only thing that has been keeping my sane during this semester's exams (2 more weeks! Has been my sewing. What better thing to make during this time than a nice computer sleeve! Now I can take my laptop to the library in style, and I will be the envy of all my study buddies. Why on earth didn't I think of this before! I need to make one of these! March 13, 2009 at 2:03 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Feed Dog Craft Blog.

Campus Crafts: Final Draping Project
http://campuscrafts.blogspot.com/2009/07/final-draping-project.html
Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Last semester, my final project for my draping class, was to drap a 14th-15th Century garment. I have always had a fascination for Queen Elizabeth and for some reason, I thought that I would be able to drape the pattern for this dress:. I had to make a cardboard joke of a farthingale and after much pleating and pinning I was finished. This was the end result (I have yet to make the actual pattern from the muslin pieces):.
