Project management in libraries. Great project management course and book! March 15, 2013. Just want to give a shout out to the great folks at OntarioLearn. For another great course! Last fall, I enrolled in the course “Project Management Scheduling Software” which was all about MSProject (course length: 48 hours/13 weeks). The course was well-organized and interesting, the instructor helpful and responsive and it was overall an excellent introduction to MSProject! What is project management, anyway?

One lesson I learned was that if you’ve invited and emailed someone and they have not responded to either entreaty, it might be worth a phone call or walk over to their desk to check in.
