Meet the Writer | The Ramblings of a Daydreamer

https://poetryanddaydreams.wordpress.com/who-am-i

The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A healthy dose of nonsense and fairytales in the form of poetry. Hey there, my names Esther and I’m a seventeen year old English girl who spends her time writing half finished stories and the odd bit of poetry. Otherwise, I’m juggling A Levels, a job whilst also trying to figure out what the heck I want to do with my life. I guess you could say that I’m known as a daydreamer and a bit of an optimist. Comments are welcome as well as any feedback you have! At least I think so.

The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A healthy dose of nonsense and fairytales in the form of poetry. December 10, 2014. The dazzling frost and blinding lights. The sparkle that is present in my eyes. https://poetryanddaydreams.wordpress.com/2014/07/16/sunbathing

The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A healthy dose of nonsense and fairytales in the form of poetry. July 16, 2014. Soaking up the sun. In the garden we lay. Our favourite loud rock band. In the BBQ scented air. Giggling as I realise. I’ve burned – yet again. And when the sun goes in. We hang our heads in defeat. Pick up the towels and earphones. Heat inside and retreat. 3 thoughts on “ Sunbathing. July 16, 2014 at 12:49 pm. That feels perfectly summer-like! July 16, 2014 at 1:52 pm. July 16, 2014 at 5:04 pm.

Serpent | The Ramblings of a Daydreamer

https://poetryanddaydreams.wordpress.com/2014/07/19/serpent

The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A healthy dose of nonsense and fairytales in the form of poetry. July 19, 2014. Venom in your words. A sneer upon your lips. Your poison infects my bloodstream. As you fire your insults one by one. Whoever’s in your way. You choose to victimize. Making them your next prey. And when you’re done. Whilst they are left to suffer. Some of them are immune to you. Thicker skins than the others before. Stronger, more agile. They tread on your tail. Rather than ushering you away.

The Ramblings of a Daydreamer. A healthy dose of nonsense and fairytales in the form of poetry. You Don’t Scare Me. December 28, 2014. The ripples in the water. Have gotten larger and larger. The calm relaxing stupor. Of the lazy candlelight. Becoming a full blown fire. And all I can advise. Is that you take it all in your strife. Because I’m not the type that’s used to this. You’re use of silly words. When you’re to scared to use a fist. With every jab fought hiding behind a wall. You a wake up call.

Poetry and Epiphany

Monday, October 28, 2013. I am a pointillism artist, or I have and do from time to time work with pointillism. This is always seen as perfectionism, though to me its the simplest version of opportunism. The possibility that presents upon a single dot being added at a time, stretches out the time allowing me to having a longer glimpse upon what i want to achieve. It's simple because everybody knows practice makes perfect. Sunday, October 27, 2013. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
