Sunday, January 22, 2012. Week 1 in the books. Worked out everyday at work when I was there. I'm so blessed to have the schedule that I can take a half hour in my day and get a good sweat going. That's the key. Get moving! NowThe problem that I have.The eating! I have such an appetite! There are so many good things that I love! We had cupcakes, Don Juans, movie foods.Such great things to eat! That's whats got me in this position! I need to start thinking that eating half of what I am used to is okay!

Saturday, January 22, 2011. David is going to gymnastics every other Thursday and he has so much fun! Look at the smile on his face! The reason every other Thursday is that Michelle gets the day off from work! This kid is so amazing! His coach is awesome! The Coach helped him the first time, then the next time around, he went by himself! David and Daddy just got done putting together a floor puzzle we got from Gigi for Xmas. Awesome puzzles!
