P's in a Pod. Wednesday, March 26, 2014. WinterJam this year included snow, and a lot of it. Mandy found an awesome house in Dillard, GA. This year we were able to limit (very successfully for 27 people in a single house) the gluten contamination for Alexis. This was not the case for last year as seen here. Alexis found a rocking chair. The kiddo's eating breakfast. We also went to Scaly Mountain for some snow tubing. Well this is late, but I haven't been in town for the last 3 weeks.

P's in a Pod. Friday, January 17, 2014. Our Christmas plans included lots of outfits, the pink pig, Santa, scarves, presents, and a book on poop! Not sure why we keep trying to make Alexis like merry-go-rounds, she doesn't. Alisa made all the girls scarves. Not sure what is going on here, Christmas Eve bedtime dance I think. P's in a Pod. Thursday, June 26, 2014. Several years ago we made our first trip to Amelia Island and we loved it. The beaches are not crowded at all, and beach access is great. The trip was awesome. Ashley and Aaron flew in for the week along with Mimi, Papa, Trip, and Emma. Alexis was pestered all week and eventually she left the island being able to say everyone's name! Headed to the beach! Do a little dance! Hours of fun cleaning sandy hands in the bucket with Mimi. Headed out to fight the waves.

P's in a Pod. Friday, July 25, 2014. Well this years party's theme was Pooh! Really what else could it have been, Alexis is obsessed with Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Roo, and most recently Eeyore! She seriously runs around the house yelling it at the top of her lungs, EEYORE! I made this sign, my one contribution to the decorations, and it turned out great! Look Pooh is in the hunny jar. Of course what party is complete without a photo booth? You can't have a Pooh party without pin the tail on Eeyore.

Tuesday, July 28, 2015. The 4th was pretty quiet. Aaron went to High Sierra Festival, which he may write about.and I hung around the city. Saturday I went up to Lake Sonoma with Lauren and some friends, which was amazing because it was so cold and foggy. In the city, per usual in the summer. Although not nearly as pretty as Tahoe, it was a LOT closer and a LOT less crowded. It was hot, sunny and the water was cold, so it got the job done! Can you tell we are in a drought? It is a little pathetic.

Monday, August 24, 2015. We took Poppy (my pink bike! And Aaron's new bike (not yet named! Down to the valley for an afternoon ride. We did 18 miles which was only about half way down a set of three bike paths and trails that run through San Mateo - they are San Andreas (2.6 miles), Sawyer Camp (6 miles), and Crystal Springs (6.7 miles). Tuesday, February 24, 2015. We have been traveling a bit since we got home from our Australia/NZ vacation and . Mostly for work, some for fun. Aaron went to Vail for some skiing with the boys. I stayed in town and did a lot of new year organizing and cleaning and spent some time in the Castro. Our weather has been pretty amazing. Monday, January 26, 2015. After a wonderful Christmas, we headed out in the Jucy to explore the rest of the South Island. The first few days were spent on the west coast, including Greymouth for a brewery stop and Hokitika for fudge. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Do I even like Jazz? Over the past two weekends we have seen A LOT of Jazz music, a lot. I'm not sure I would have even said I liked Jazz music prior to this, but I guess I do now? Regardless it was a good time and I'm going to tell you about it. Two weekends ago we went to Stern Grove,. Yepwe have a Grove named after us. Then, this past weekend was Fillmore JazzFest. Which is the biggest Jazz festival on the West Coast and happened to be literally 1 block away from our apartment.
