US Nasa Adventure 2012. Thursday, April 5, 2012. Arrived in Vegas late Monday. It is now Thursday so have been here a few days. Staying at the Rio, which is just off the strip, but not that far. Easy walk across to it. we chose this place as the rooms seemed to be a log bigger than a lot of the other places; and they are! US Nasa Adventure 2012. Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Vegas To LA Trip. Monday we reluctantly had to leave Vegas. (Waaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Didn't get to tick all the boxes. Didn't get the trip to Grand Canyon in, and also I didn't get to check out any of the shows. Not that worried, I'll pick up Grand Canyon the next trip (not going to wait 8 years this time! Also there will be plenty of shows playing in Vegas when I am there next. There was too much other stuff to do at night and not enough nights there.

US Nasa Adventure 2012. Saturday, April 7, 2012. Thursday afternoon, went to the other Rock Cafe, which is located adjacent to the Hard Rock Casino. There is also a main stage there, where they have a group of show girls (and unfortunately blokes) dancing and singing, The girls are brilliant, the blokes not so much. Is hard to get decent shots at night of moving objects at a distance with the "point and shoot", but gave it a go. the pictures really don't give the display any justice. And she could sing.
