Jennie and Eric's Adventures. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Mom P comes to Houston! March 15-18, 2012. We were so excited for Eric's mom to come down to visit us in Texas! She arrived just a few hours after we flew in from Anchorage on a Thursday afternoon. She must have ordered the gorgeous weather, because the entire time she was in town, the weather was picture perfect! First night out on the rooftop, enjoying a lovely evening. A few quick pics before we leave to head to an awesome tex mex restaurant.

http://lifewithjennieanderic.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Jennie and Eric's Adventures. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. A month of Thanks 2011. I can hardly believe it's already December.it seems it was just Halloween. No surprise here though, November is a month that always seems to fly by, and before we know it, it will be Christmas! That week, I also got a call for a job interview for a January to May grant position at a Houston-area school. The following week, I got a call for another ESL position. When it rains, it pours! We also made some pie for my parent'...

Jennie and Eric's Adventures: The cold and dark...
http://lifewithjennieanderic.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-cold-and-dark.html
Jennie and Eric's Adventures. Wednesday, December 5, 2012. The cold and dark. When we moved to Alaska, we were fearful that it would be cold and dark all winter long.I cannot even say how pleasantly surprised I continue to be each and every day we live here. Solstice is just 16 days away and the dark hasn't been bad at all. Apparently January is the darkest, because you don't gain light as quickly, so we'll keep you posted on that. Another plus it's not been bad is because. The cold and dark.

Biscuit Sisters: 4th of July
http://biscuitsisters.blogspot.com/2011/07/4th-of-july.html
Sunday, July 10, 2011. We had a jammed pack weekend of activities for the 4th. We went to some military friends of ours on Sunday night for some great food and fun, and joined a bunch of our church friends on Monday night for more great food, fellowship, and fireworks. I love watching the girls faces light up when the fireworks go off. Natalie enjoyed them, but she didn't care for how loud they were! Brenna ran off to play so I didn't get any pictures of her! They decided t...

Jennie and Eric's Adventures: Hoar Frost
http://lifewithjennieanderic.blogspot.com/2012/12/hoar-frost.html
Jennie and Eric's Adventures. Wednesday, December 5, 2012. So by this point, it has gotten pretty cold,. in the teens, but doesn't feel terribly cold because it's so dry here. A few mornings, we've woken up to Hoar Frost. It's basically frost that forms on the trees (and everything) from fog. We will wake up to some more beautiful than normal sights. So it's not snow, but looks a lot like a winter wonderland. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Follow two New York state natives on our adventures.

Saturday, September 25, 2010. Almost enough for a Pebbles do! She has almost all of teeth (which she and myself are very happy about! She loved when we sang to her and really liked blowing out the candles. She asked to do it again! Just a cute pic of her today at Brenna's soccer game. I love this picture of her. She loved this thing. Monday, September 20, 2010. We went to Panama City Beach last week with my mom, and Ben's parents and we had a blast! The water on the first day! It's subtle but I love it.
