About point of view. Living in a bubble. Asymp; 2 Comments. We all live in our familiar bubbles. I happen to live in an inner city bubble that’s privileged with choice and intimacy. This past week with a little imagination here, the odd visionary or two, there and the Kings Cross Festival. Burst our bubbles and brought us an Olympics-type afterglow. I live in a bubble – an exercise, workaholic-they-say, shopping, sustenance, social one. Privileged with choice. And intimacy. I hope the festival organisers...

Its wildness: unpredictable, awe-inspiring and terrifying. Sleep at last. A lone mosquito hovers and zeroes in. It must be dawn. A rose-hued morning horizon, then a golden glow gleams and grows so fast. Bright with promise. Our sun. The kookaburras think it’s a lark. Me too. What happened to the dark? Wild weather: 120 kph wind gusts.
