Monday, January 14, 2013. Java 7 Patch 11 Deployed. Fortunately, the fine people at Oracle have wasted no time in closing this loophole with Java 7 Patch 11. The Oracle Security Blog at https:/ blogs.oracle.com/security/entry/security alert for cve 2013 nicely outlines some of the vulnerabilities that were exploited and how they have been closed. Tuesday, March 6, 2012. There is currently an email circulating that appears to come from Inuit, the maker of Quickbooks. The subject of the email is similar to this: Your Intuit.com software order. The email looks very legitimate and looks like a receipt for a recent purchase. We recommend you delete any emails that appear to come from Intuit regarding a purchase. We also recommend you contact Intuit if you have recently made a purchase and are waiting for a receipt, to verify the email is legitimate.
