Dan's Shed: July 2010
http://dansshed.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 14 July 2010. Not B&W, but Arran. So I thought I'd have a try at slide film when we went on holiday to Arran. I loved the results, only I didn't get any prints. Obviously I can't print them so these are digital photos of the slides projected onto Parag's wall. They were all Velvia 100F taken on the Canon T70 using the 50mm or 24mm lenses /- a polariser. Dan's Shed: July 2012

Monday, 2 July 2012. OK, so not been doing much printing in the shed in Lincoln. However, I have fixed up an old bike previously owned by Elder Howe, who is back in Arizona. Treated the rust, serviced the brakes, cleaned up all the metal parts, put on new wheels, tyres and handlebar tape. It runs like an absolute dream. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Dan's Shed: March 2011
http://dansshed.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Monday, 21 March 2011. Again, I didn't develop these - they are 6x6 slides shot with my Yashica. Fuji Velvia. While Katy and Amy went to France last summer, I went to Kinder Scout for the day, just at the end of the heather season. I also took a load of B&W photos that I'm excited about, but haven't printed many of them yet. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Simple template. Powered by Blogger.

Monday, 18 July 2011. Colour film in a point and shoot. Picked up a point and shoot olympus mju-ii in a charity shop and I have enjoyed snapping with it. The pictures have a certain feel to them that is quite fun. Here are a few:. Converting a cheap 35mm camera to a pinhole. 2 Make a pinhole in a suitable material as described in many places on the internet. I found this site helpful: http:/ users.rcn.com/stewoody/makecam.htm. It can also be helpful, but not essential to know the actual diameter of the p...

Dan's Shed: August 2010
http://dansshed.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, 14 August 2010. Last 3 are all at Lochranza, Arran with Canon T70 24mm (with red filter on outside shots) and PlusX film. Wednesday, 4 August 2010. Some yashica mat photos from our recent holiday in Arran. All on Tri-X. All of these were 9 continuous shots which demonstrate improvement in my framing, exposure, focusing and horizontals skills! Sunday, 1 August 2010. My new toy and current obsession is a Polaroid 355, it's a large folding camera fron 1975 that takes instant photos!

Thursday, 18 March 2010. Canon T70 - TMax 3200 at 1600. Yashica Mat - Delta 400. Monday, 15 March 2010. Yashica Mat - Delta 400 - I printed these up and put them in a joint frame for Katy. She really liked it. This is a digital photo of the pictures in situ, hence some glass reflection. Yashica Mat - Delta 400 - I had to hold the camera above my head upside down to be able to take a picture of this over the wall. Tuesday, 2 March 2010. Building site at Macklin St, Derby. Monday, 1 March 2010.

Dan's Shed: April 2010
http://dansshed.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 27 April 2010. Yashica Mat. Delta 400. I took these photos during one of the snowy spells and on a foggy day. Notice Derby Cathederal in the background of the tree photo. All taken on the Yashica Mat with Delta 400 film. The bizarre pattern returned on the bottom of this print. I have no idea what caused it, as it seems to turn up very randomly. It is definitely not on the negative. Friday, 16 April 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
