I am still collecting data on the blogs I have found, generally to try to see what the bloggers motivations seem to be, whether this changes during the course of their blog as a whole and what kind of comments they get. I am finding it takes much longer to collect the data than perhaps it should - the blogs are absorbing reading and I often find myself reading posts for the sake of it rather than with my goal in mind! Sometimes I think, well actually, make that a lot of the time these days, that the 'Higherups' think that Officers do not have a life outside the Job, cancelling rest days, moving shifts and generally buggering around with family life. This time, Mr Dibble has been told that he has to go in on a night shift smack bang in the middle of his annual leave, luckily we are not going away, as me and the kids are caravanning the week before!
