Have you looked at a size 24 month size footed PJs with zippers, the feet are enormously large! They grow in length, not width. SEW - what to do if your little one is long and slim? Change the feet to CUFFS! Inser...

How to Sew a Baby Hem On Delicate Fabrics. Baby Hem On Delicate Fabrics. A baby hem is a very small rolled hem done on the machine without using a rolled hem foot. It is perfect for any lightweight, soft silky, sheer fabrics. The hem is double turned with narrow 1/8” – ¼” turns. The following was on a purchased short dress that was 5” too long. My group of 4-H. Children learning to sew love to save the selvedge strips and left over scraps to make long "tails". Paige loves to tie one long piece to her belt loop and walk around with it dragging behind her. Slowly the ball grew. Each week new tails were tied on to the last tail end. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures before leaving, SEW these were taken in the car. ). A tailor...
