Monday, December 21, 2009. The Doctor and Peanut Butter Pie. I went to the doctor today for my yearly appointment and let's just say I was less than thrilled to see the number on the scale. I am short- barely 5 feet tall and have never had a problem with my weight. If anything my problem was being. Two weeks after I had Janelle I weighed in at 90 pounds! Saturday, March 6, 2010. Long time no blog! That darn job of mine keeps me so busy. Well, that and the two children, house and h. Anyway, I finally had time to upload some pics so I thought I'd share my latest project. One night while lying awake in bed (probably after a 1 am blood sugar check) I had a FABULOUS idea (if I do say so myself) that would allow me to involve some of the kids at my school in the process of donating these items. It was incredible to watch their excitement as they packed the bags.

Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Ted E Bear and Baby Blue Bows. I am a BIG fan of Etsy. Probably more for buying than selling. The pattern for Ted E. Bear came from one of my favorite Etsy sellers. Her patterns are so well written, easy to follow and so cute! The pattern for this blanket came from a book called 200 Crochet Blocks by Jan Eaton. It was not hard but did take some counting and concentration which meant my family being ignored for a bit. June 12, 2010 at 7:45 PM. Oh my gosh, those are so, so CUTE!
