I grew up just north of Berkeley, California. In 2005 I moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly State University as a Software Engineering major. During my enrollment at Cal Poly, I worked as a developer on Cal Poly's satellite research project, PolySat. While working at PolySat. I wrote ground station software that communicated with Cal Poly's set of in-orbit satellites and embedded software for Cal Poly's CP6 satellite. CP6 was launched into space in May of 2009.
