Grow Create. Learn. Repeat. When in bloom, the flowers are lovely. The leaves on this plant are really prickly, though. Waiting patiently for the blooms. We'll make some tea, of course. If you only grow one variety of mint, make it chocolate. Dried lavender can be used in so many ways. We can't keep lemon balm through a Utah winter so it grows in pots on our front patio. Everyone should have one sage plant in their yard, but only one. We have two. The other one is purple. This is just the beginning.
