Cornish Cream: August 2015
http://frenchvillagelife.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 29, 2015. A new shop in Truro. My favourite shop in France has come to Truro. When we lived in the countryside in Brittany it was always a treat to have a day out in Vannes, the nearest 'big city'. I always made a stop at Loccitane, sometimes just going in to breathe their scents of the creams. The company began with one man in 1976, who had a market stall where he sold his distilled lavender products and Marseilles soap. This dear little hamper. Contains all sorts of lovely tiny samples!

Today I shall ...: ..tell you about moi
http://procrastinatorextraodinaire.blogspot.com/p/tell-you-about-moi.html
Today I shall . Tell you about moi. Tell you about moi. I am a forty something teacher and mother of four boys. Started life in Wales, studied in England and then moved back and forth between Wales and England for twenty odd years whilst fitting in as many holidays to France that finances allowed. During this time I renovated 4 properties and sadly moved on pretty much as soon as each was completed. When I do get blogging again you may even get to see a bit more ;). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Small moments: Kindness
http://tycoet.blogspot.com/2017/01/kindness.html
In a life that is very busy, as I cherish a frail husband, I look for the small moments to celebrate. Sunday, 8 January 2017. We all know the acronym RAK, Random acts of Kindness. Today I read about a village called Congresbury near Bristol, where residents decided to perform 800 random acts of kindness in a year, to celebrate the 800th anniversary of their church. The local people recorded their deeds anonymously and popped the cards in the church box. Becci North, one of the organisers. I agree, that k...

A LA CARTE: A is also for Ashleigh!
http://ljm-alacarte.blogspot.com/2015/05/a-is-also-for-ashleigh.html
Friday, May 22, 2015. A is also for Ashleigh! Today is my daughter Ashleigh's birthday! I am sharing a post I did about her a couple of years ago. She is back home in Calif after her visit here for Mother's Day and she is healing well from her bike accident (see yesterday's post). I miss her and wish her a great birthday! My wish to become a Mom came true in May 22, 1979 when my sweet girl Ashleigh was born! She has always walked to the beat of her own drummer and is all the more interesting for it!

How to Live in 320 Square Feet: I can’t keep a secret very well.
http://www.320squarefoothome.com/2013/05/i-cant-keep-secret-very-well.html
I can’t keep a secret very well. We have a house in Panama to move into! I really wanted to go to Africa, but alas, it would be too expensive. We counted and re-counted the cost. Did you know tickets were over $2000 per person? There are three of us, and we would be going back and forth several times a year. It would not work. Bummer. We can go to Panama several times a year, and it will not be so painful on the pocketbook. And find some time for the beach. Remember the orange chandy? This is so exciting!

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Welcoming a New Year. I enter the new year with the understanding that I am making a fresh start. I begin by discarding thoughts, attitudes, and habits that are not. That are yet to be fulfilled. I am open and receptive to new ideas activities and relationships. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. She cont...
