Marți, 25 martie 2014. Muffins cu mere, pere, nuci, scortisoara si topping de ciocolata alba. Dedic postul acesta in memoria mamei mele, trecuta in nefiinta exact acum 14 ani! Imi e dor de tine mama, si imi va fi cate zile voi avea! 150 gr zahar ( uneori mai pun 100 gr zahar pudra vanilat, si 50 gr zahar normal sau 2 linguri miere). 150 gr unt topit. 300 gr faina ( daca vreti mai light, puteti pune 150 gr faina integrala si 150 gr fulgi de ovaz). 2 mere si 2 pere (mici) curatate de coaja si tocate marunt.
