Monday, August 29, 2011. My first Cub Scout. Bryan has earned his first scouting award, his bobcat. Not really sure about scouting and all the awards that they earn, but with five boys I'm sure I'll learn quickly :). We're so proud of you Bryan! Here's some pictures from our annual Cherry Hill camping trip! Thursday, August 18, 2011. His hair was getting out of control. He only lasted about five minutes, then he was done. Thursday, February 26, 2009. Links to this post. Funny sayings and new words. I just wanted to share with you some funny things my kids say. One night while driving home from my in-laws, I explaining to Gavin that if I ever get a day off from we will go do something fun. (We went to Chuck E. Cheese) But I never get one. Kiwi jumped right in the middle and said "Mommy cry baby." Well, that shut me right up. I guess she knows when I'm just trying to get rid of her for a moment. Well that's all for now.

Sunday, January 10, 2010. So, Kyle's Grandma has been wanting us to get family picture since the fall. KC and Carrie a.k.a "The Good Grandchildren" got theirs done. She even graciously volunteered Kyle's other cousin Ashleigh to take the pictures. Well, we didn't do it before Christmas like Grandma wanted, but they are done! Friday, May 29, 2009. The other day Gavin and I were talking about the differences between the "children world" (his term not mine) and the "grown up world". And he told me the 15 rules of the children world. I want you to understand two things: 1) this was all Gavin 2) the drill master made me repeat them back to him until I had right. 1 Grown-ups are crazy. 2 Kids like to play games. 3 Kids like balloons. 4 Kids like honey. 5 Kids like animal crackers. 6 Kids don't like to wait. 9 Kids like to play cars.

The guy who wrote the Da Vinci Code, apparently I haven't read either one. But he was happy, and completely useless to my mom all weekend. Your welcome mom :). Tuesday, November 1, 2011. The kids love going to Black Island Farms every year with Grandma and Grandpa! All the cousins waiting to go on the tracker ride to pick their pumpkins. Peyton was too busy playing in the dirt to get a good picture of him, and I didn't get one of Colby at all because he decided to run to the other end of the field to pick his out, and I didn't want to follow him, sorry Colby, maybe next year :). Sunday, February 27, 2011. Sledding with the boys! We finally took the boys out sledding yesterday. We bought them new sleds for Christmas but they've only got to use them in the backyard with their homemade hills. They liked this much better! Even Peyton had a blast. I thought he would be a little scared but of course he wasn't. He loves doing anything that his brothers are doing. Of course.being dragged up the hill by daddy helps the situation out.
