Brunch on This A Memphis-tailored List. Brunch: the common person’s favorite excuse to sleep in and day drink. Even more, a heck of a good meal. Barely making a dent in the full list of delectable eateries for mimosa toasting and eggs benedicting, we asked Memphians their favorite spots and compiled a mini list for you, complete with their suggestions on what to get. In no particular order. Any breakfast sandwich and café cubano. The thorough Sunday jazz brunch experience. Your email is never shared.

http://eatsouthern.blogspot.com/2015/06/porcellinos-butcher-memphis-tennessee.html
A southern culinary adventure, exploring dives and fine dining restaurants, while enjoying a craft cocktail or two along the way. Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Porcellino's Butcher: Memphis, Tennessee. Grew up on meat. We were the type of family who lived off of a roast for days. Hams lasted a good week. Our meals were composed around a carnivore's centerpiece. Rice and potatoes were a given and vegetables were of the frozen variety. I hated vegetables growing up. But, I loved my mother's amazing meats.

We designed the Cocktail Menu at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen as a healthy mix of classic drinks and new ideas to stimulate the palate before your meal. We find that cocktails shared over a charcuterie plate or slate of fine cheeses help to gather around the table, shed the anxieties of the day, and begin a meal. A Gathering of Southern Gentleman and Italian Aristocrats. Everything is Beautiful 12.

We would like to send a special thanks to our families for their support, guidance and traditions! Andy and Michael will continue to bring all that they have learned around the world to their...

Chefs hail the nose-to-tail movement forged over the last decade for finally killing off that eye-rolling phrase “the other white meat.” The obsession with bacon and pork belly has peaked at near maniacal levels, while charcuterie and salumi are emerging from dry curing.
