New Hampshire Seacoast Liberty. 124; Comments RSS. Conclusion is clear: Lower taxes aid economy. Posted on June 3, 2010. Seacoast Online ran this opinion article. By Jack Thorsen today. Steve Marchand’s opinion piece (Seacoast Sunday, May 30) on the adverse affect that the electric generator tax would have on New Hampshire economics is an excellent example of the kind of analysis we need for every tax increase that Concord contemplates. 124; Tagged: letter to the editor. 124; Leave a comment.

I agree with the writer that the BCRA stifles free speech but Republicans and Democrats are equally interested in stifling viewpoints that challenge the existing power structures. Anyone who thinks that the Republican Party is going to work for real change, other than putting themselves at the helm of the great ship of state, is deluding himself. It is ridic...

New Hampshire Seacoast Liberty. 124; Comments RSS. Posted on November 4, 2009. The bad news is that neither serious fiscal conservative, Jack Thorsen or Bill St. Laurent, was elected to City Council. The incumbents endorsed by the Association of Portsmouth Taxpayers all were returned, so here’s hoping they live up to their rhetoric. Promising newcomer Tom Martin was elected to the School Board, so that’s something. 124; Tagged: elections. 124; Leave a comment. Posted on November 2, 2009. Get out and vote!
