ריח של בית/ עוף צלוי בסילאן ←. דצמבר 21, 2010 · 8:54 pm. חורף בחוץ וצבעים של שלכת מהחלון. אני והאיטלקיה במטבח שלה- היא מכינה תה ואני שוטפת את צרור עלי המנגולד האחרון שנשאר מהשוק. קוצצת את הגבעולים הנוקשים, מאדה במעט שמן-זית, מוסיפה את העלים וקצת שום. מערבבת גבינה עם גרירת לימון מהעץ שלה וצנוברים. אולי נוסיף קצת צימוקים? היא אומרת וזה כך מסתבר, רעיון נפלא- כי אחר-כך יש ביסים כאלו שקצת מתקתקים וכאלו שלא. צריך הרבה קליפת לימון, כי זה מה שעושה את המאפה הזה נעים. וקצת פרמז'ן. מאפה מנגולד וגבינה בבצק עלים.
