Met 317 bedden is dit het grootste openbare ziekenhuis van Kupang. Het is tegen een heuvel op gebouwd. Dit betekend dat iedere afdeling een eigen gebouwtje heeft en dat het gangpad waar de bedden over vervoerd worden wel wat wegheeft van een rodelbaan. Er wordt in een enorm tempo bijgebouwd.
