Sunday, 2 March 2008. After some thought, i decided it's best if i leave poker to one side for at least a year. I am going to miss it dearly and will miss the rush i get when i play but i figured something needed to change. Also, some of my friends think that i am addicted to poker. I had 55 in the BB and there are a few limpers from UTG and UTG 1. Flop comes 3-5-7 and i check raise a bet and a call. One player stuck around and called my turn bet. Then raised my river bet. Wednesday, 20 February 2008. After my unlucky end to my sports betting, i decided to take a break and just enjoy not gambling for a while! Not like i really play with big money or anything - my target has alway sbeen to start with a low amount and build it up, slowly, but surely. So, i depositted £5 and after a couple days of poker, am now on £24! So, life is good, and its jus low stakes poker and no sports betting! Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Its been almost a year. Since my last post! Wow, doesn't time fly. I can't believe I remember the password to this place now! Brings back some memories as well, some good, some bad about that period of my life but all worth having in one way or another. On the poker front however, I have been playing! Quite enjoying it as well and am starting to run up a pretty decent bankroll in the process. Won't be dominating Ivey. But either way you should go there and make up your own mind.
