Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Our really good friends have a baby girl 3 1/2 months older than James. The other day I had errands up by their house and Carissa was nice enough to keep James for an hour! Of course curious Sienna crawled right over to James (who is completely immobile and helpless) and did what babies do, put everything in their mouth. Apparently, she realized James's head was too big to eat, so she went for a nice lick instead! You can sort of see the wet mark on his forehead.

Wednesday, August 7, 2013. We spent a good long month in Utah, enjoying having the whole family back together at last! Best of all we got to celebrate James and Aurora's first birthdays. Now, I must take a moment just to brag. I'm not a crafty person, but I'm pretty proud of how cute this little one year party turned out. I'm so glad Kristina had a girl or all this cuteness never would have happened! Why are you making us wear these? Just give us the cake already. Come on mom, get this thing off my head!
