Un-pretentious thoughts on wine. Saturday, November 5, 2011. Review Wine men of Gotham Shiraz 2008. Tonight I opened a bottle of Wine men of Gotham Shiraz 2008. I picked this up from Dan Murphy's. Yesterday for $7.00. The wine is presented in a standard Bordeaux bottle. Some caricatures on the front label presumably of wise men from Gotham. I have been impressed by Gotham wines in the past. The only place I've seen wines of this label is via GetWinesDirect. So, when I saw this wine on the shelf at Dan's.
