コンバンハ 今日は女性の睡眠の質を向上させる方法についてお話したいと思います みなさんはきっと日中香水を付けていることが多いと思います。 その日中につけている香水とは別に気に入った香水をまず用意してください(*` ω ) 用意できたらその香水を寝る前にうなじや耳の後ろにつけます! 直接身体に付けるのが嫌な方は枕やシーツに吹きかけても良いです 毎晩それを繰り返していると身体が[その香水の香り 睡眠]と認識するようになるため 寝入るのがずっと早くなるんですって! 最近眠いよー( σд- ) 毎日しっかりと睡眠時間をとっている筈なのに日中何度も眠ってしまいそうになるぐらい毎日眠たいんです…… この眠気は一体どうすれば解消できるのでしょうか( ω )? もしかしたらわたしはいつも深い睡眠にいるときに起きてしまうから、日中も眠たくなってしまっているのかもしれません ω かといってきっかり時間が合うように寝入って起きるのってすごく難しいとわたしは思うんです…. こんばんはー( *)ﾉﾟ :* みなさん良い週末をお過ごしですか?
