Mutterings and musings about my adventures into the world of knitting and all things woolly! Saturday, September 29, 2007. A renewed social life. In the last 18 months I've been out about twice. Not that I'm complaining, I'm just too bloody knackered! And of course, hiring a babysitter really adds to the cost of an evening out. Added to that, our little pickle is a nightmare at going to sleep so I haven't wanted to inflict that on a babysitter. However in the last week I've been out 3 evenings! Last week...

Mutterings and musings about my adventures into the world of knitting and all things woolly! Saturday, May 31, 2008. A change is as good as a rest? It's been quiet over here, hasn't it? I've been trying to put into words how I'm feeling but couldn't. Down? Yes but it's not descriptive enough. Fed up? Definitely yes but who isn't? Maybe but that sounds such a serious word. So today, I sought solace in food! Not just any old food. home baking! I know, I know! And whilst I iced the cupcakes. I'll let you kn...

Mutterings and musings about my adventures into the world of knitting and all things woolly! Tuesday, September 09, 2008. Pull up a pew. I know, I know. It's been 3 months since my last confession. I've decided that it makes me a real blogger. Many blogs that I read have summer holidays, long breaks without posts, and I still read them. It doesn't put me off so I'm hoping the same can be said for anyone still remaining out there in blogland that bothers to read my little blog. I guess this is as good a p...
