I cannot remember the last time I ate one. This past holiday season, I made truffles and mint Oreo cookies was one of the main ingredients and I did not eat one of them, not even tempted. But they did make the best chocolate dipped mint chocolate truffle. Quite a hit this past season. Day 79 - I Dont, I Dont, I Dont.

Banana ice cream is a new favorite at our house and it’s pretty good for you too. 1/8 c chocolate chips. Cut bananas into banana wheels. Put on a cookie sheet or plate lined with wax paper.
