Emily's Health Studies: HK2 Homework
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007/05/hk2-homework.html
Friday, May 04, 2007. Somehow I managed to get my HK2 homework handed in and signed off! Totally amazing as only a few weeks ago I though I wasn't going to make it. HK3 is in a week, eek! I have lots to learn before my practical assessment, some 48 meridian points and multiple procedures. It's all good and I'm really looking forward to the next stage. I will try to get more people to work on this time! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Emily and Peter's Travels. HK3 - Weekend 1.

Emily's Health Studies: July 2007
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 15, 2007. Well it has been a while since I last posted. I have now completed my HK3 lessons and am getting in to the practical. I have even completed my theory hours, but mainly due to learning a new way of working and being unable to resist the temptation of typing up some new lists. I have also started a correspondence course in Anatomy and Physiology, which was my most dreaded course but isn't so bad now. I don't know how well I'll remember all the terms but it's pretty interesting.

Emily's Health Studies: September 2006
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 01, 2006. It is still totally fascinating and a really amazing journey. I recently had a session with a classmate and it came up that I needed to do 4hrs more exercise a week, which isn't that much more when you consider that at the moment I do none! I also need to buy a therapy couch and a few test kits so the delay will no doubt help the old financials! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Emily and Peter's Travels. Emily's Health Studies: Getting On Track
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2006/11/getting-on-track.html
Wednesday, November 08, 2006. Well it has been a while since I last did an update and the biggest piece of news is that I think I have now got the hang of self testing. This means I can do sessions on myself! Excellent. I have already done some pretty intense sessions with great results. My enthusiasm is still strong! I have also found this blog. Which I have spent a little bit of time reading through. It's really interesting and positive so I will keep more of an eye on it in future.

Emily's Health Studies: Homework is all done!!!
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007/01/homework-is-all-done.html
Wednesday, January 10, 2007. Homework is all done! I have handed in my Stage 1 homework and paid my fees for Stage 2 so that's certainly going to happen. Thank-you to all those people who were my 'bodies' for the first stage. No matter how few sessions you had or how short they were they were all valuable learning hours for me. Personally, I think the biggest benefit that I have had during this time is getting my fitness timetable sorted out for the whole year! Such an amazing journey!

Emily's Health Studies: HK2 well on it's way!
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2007/03/hk2-well-on-its-way.html
Saturday, March 03, 2007. HK2 well on it's way! In late January I had my HK2 class. It was another mind blowing amazing experience. It was also really cool to get so many more corrections to add to my HK1 ones. Unfortunately I got very little done in Australia, I had great plans of getting my 15hrs theory all sewn up, however other sunshine related activities were more inviting. I have now just finished updating my workbook with all the new corrections in so that working on people will be heaps easier.

Emily's Health Studies: April 2006
http://emshealthstudies.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 29, 2006. Feet, feet, glorious feet! Before we headed off to NZ I signed up for a foot massage and reflexology one day introduction course. My reasoning was that I just wanted to know more about healing the body, and more importantly I wanted to learn how to give a nice relaxing massage. Next up was learning some exercises to warm our fingers and hands (excellent). Then we had a look at our feet, that was weird, how often do you really look at your feet, how well do you know them? Added i...
