Approval/disapproval data for President Obama from his 1000th day in office (10/17/11) to the present (11/7/11). Above: regression analysis of both data sets indicates a measurable rise in approval during that period, and while disapproval during the same period fell by a relatively modest degree, what is significant is that it has been hovering around and occasionally cracking the magic 50% mark.
