I have often thought that cliches are as overworked and overused as they are exactly because they are so fundamentally true. One of the things on my list I knew I wanted to do was kayaking. What better way to experience something new than to take some friends along! So, before the Shrums headed back to Nashville, we kayaked with Anacortes Kayak Tours, near the San Juan Islands, and we had a blast! I will definitely be doing this again! Here we are in action. A giant purple starfish.
