Updates from my travels. September 28-30, 2012. 30 September, 2012. Another weekend visiting Rochelle in Philadelphia, with an organ concert and a trip to a corn maze in the country. The Wanamaker Organ at Macy’s. It was a very relaxed day, with lunch at Reading Terminal Market and coffee and cheesecake at Cake and the Beanstalk, followed by movies and tv at my friend’s apartment. We also stopped at another farm, where we picked up some deliciously fresh apples, before heading back into Philadelphia.

Rochester – Postcards

Updates from my travels. August 11-12, 2012. 13 August, 2012. I took my first trip upstate to Rochester for a friend’s wedding over the weekend. It was a wonderful celebration, with lots of catching up with old friends, followed by a leisurely train ride back to New York City the following day. The view from our room at the Hyatt. The train ride back on Amtrak’s Lake Shore Limited was very relaxing (once we were on board and seated, at least) with amazing views as we traveled along the Hudson River.
