Una volta una mia collega mi ha detto che le quarte liceo sono ideali per poter pensare in grande con gli studenti: il programma di Italiano non è troppo impegnativo, ed i ragazzi sono grandi abbastanza, senza ancora la preoccupazione della maturità. Ieri stavo per entrare in una mia classe, ma una bidella mi ha bloccato sulla porta: Non si può entrare, stanno montando la LIM. Gioia per la LIM (che spero non sia solo temporanea), e ricerca di unaula vuota che ci ospiti. Per ora è libera quella della futura sala computer: lunghi banchi vuoti addossati alle pareti. Occorre ricreare uno spazio per noi! Link a questo post.

Kornurlar is a very small almost derelict village with approximately 300 inhabitants in Winter and maybe 600 in the summer. I saw this mosatly as a rest day as i wasnt feeling well and the weather was terrible. Some of the group went on a hike but this was not ideal due to very wet weather. We spent one day there and reperformed the Death of Hector in multiple languages to a small group of children from the village.

A Journey Around and Across the Greek-Turkish Border. Day 8 Iznik to Istanbul. April 11, 2013. We left the hotel early for our walk around Iznik. This included seeing the Haggia Sophia. This was firstly a Byzantine church but has now been converted to a mosque by the ottomans. After this we viewed the section of the city wall including the roman aqueduct. The green mosque was names due to the mosaic tiles which Isnik is famous for. However again the interior was not well decorated. Day 7 – Kornurlar.
