I'm Karen, i'm 20 and I have quite a large "hump" at the top of my back/base of my neck. It looks a bit like what is commonly known as "Dowagers Hump" - something that is caused by osteoporosis.but I'm pretty sure I don't have osteoporosis and i'm only 20, far from being a Dowager!
