The wheat free wrap up…. You are in control… dealing with temptation. They weren’t gluten free… He loves to cook and bake. Lucky me! This was the first time that this challenge was nearly unbearable. After five days, I was finally tempted. I didn’t want to miss out. They were carrot and pecan with cream cheese and maple icing! But, guess what? I did not eat one! I was able to say ‘no’ because the decision was already made. I’ve also had to contend with. So, what’s for breakfast? Letting Go of Wheat….

You are in control… dealing with temptation. We are made to survive. To strive, to face challenges…. We are constantly running from this, from discomfort. I think my biggest challenge is that I am a comfort addict. I HATE being cold, hungry or tired. I loathe it. I’ve never been on a real diet, because I don’t want to miss out. Missing out is really an issue for me. Got to eat that cake, otherwise I’m ‘missing out’. So today when I got home, my hubby had baked cupcakes! But, guess what? I did not eat one!
