Its easy to make, its quick and and goes great with rotis/Nan / bread.I recollect seeing this recipe in Khana Khazana I think though I am not sure, however its worth a try! 2-3 potatoes: peeled and cubed. 2 cups : Spinach finale chopped. 2 tsp:Ginger, greenchilles, cumin paste. Sunday, May 6, 2012. Its already May and its still cold and rainy :( No sign of the spring yet :( The cold and windy evenings kindle a need for warmth and happiness. Happiness is relative, bits of appreciation stuck to pieces of caring serve just right. So now to kindling some happiness i.e. get some appreciation :). 1 broccoli cut into small florets. 2 Potatoes Peeled and and cubed. Cream as much as your conscious permits. Oil, 1 spoon. How I cook it? Adjust the consistency of the soup with water.
