Rules of the Game. I, CITIZEN is a curatorial project of the Museum of Contemporary Phenomena. Our inquiries engage people directly, soliciting their personal responses to the question at hand, and collecting a spectrum of narratives of how the issues affect people at an individual level. In this respect, our work is distinguished by being both One-on-One in empathetic qualities and One-to-One by creating a human scale events as artifacts of our process.
