Thursday, 20 May 2010. Thursday - Mrs Overall and St Dogmael. We drove on past Cardigan along some really narrow lanes to the coast at Moylgrove. Just a short walk around the headland were huge cliffs, a sea stack and caves and the path wending its way along the cliff tops towards Newport looked a really good prospect for tomorrow' walk. Just around the rocks from us is a large Bedouin encampment and although we saw donkeys and goats there yesterday, this morning they have been joined by a herd of camels. Saturday, 30 January 2010. Hot sunny start to our last day in Puerto. Mt Teide visible for the first half hour of our trip up to Oratava to see the town architecture, the balconied houses and the Museum of Spanish American Crafts. By early afternoon the weather had closed right in again with quite heavy rain and low cloud. Tuesday, 18 May 2010. Running, skiving and bouncing. There wasn't much enthusiasm for a whole day's walk today - too many tired legs after yesterday's exertions - with the exception of Marathon Man of course. Mike ran to Newquay, twelve miles up the coast, and we drove there to pick him up at 11am to meet up for coffee with some of the others in Aberaeron six miles further on. Low tide at Newquay. Drove home for a late lunch followed by a short stroll along the coastal path to Aberporth. Best laid plans .

Wednesday, 25 February 2009. Day 22 - Final day in India. Strange looking pottery - must be the genie in the jar - textiles, furniture, sculptures and carvings are inside the museum area, and there is further outside area where craftsmen are demonstrating and selling. Here the lady is singing the painting to Nigel - you had to have been there! This is indeed India! Day 21 - The missing Bazaar and the Terracotta Exhibition. A Ray Meeker ceramic sculpture at the Habitat Centre. Late supper - excellent day.

Wednesday, 19 May 2010. Wednesday - Best walk of the week - 9.5 miles. Dropping down to Cwmtydu cove about 4 miles into the walk I saw our car in the car park - Geoff had been sculpting in the car while he waited to see us pass by. I don't really know of anyone else who takes 2 rolls of chicken wire and wire snips on holiday with them. The cliff top scenery was superb on this stretch.
