Primary eye care is a physical for your eyes. We first test your visual acuity (vision power). If you do not have 20/20 vision, it is our job to figure out why. We determine whether your vision problems are to due refractive issues (that are fixed by glasses or contacts) or more complex medical issues. We also test binocularity, which is how well your eyes work together as a team. When it comes to medical issues, we do comprehensive testing for the following problems:. Chad Lewick, O.D. Dr Lewick was born and raised in Milton, NY. He graduated from SUNY Binghamton in 1992. He then attended the State University of New York College of Optometry, graduating with a doctor of optometry degree in 1996. After completing a residency at Castle Point Veterans Medical Center, Dr. Lewick started working in Poughkeepsie. He lives in Poughquag with his wife and their two children. Christopher Murnin O.D.
