I sent a friend these healthier recipes and thought I would go ahead and post them on here as well if anyone is interested in trying them. Let me know if you try them and what you think! 1 ½ cup pure maple syrup. 1/3 cup olive oil. 189; cup carob powder. Freeze some bananas after. The peelings are removed. After frozen, put ½ banana. 189; C syrup.

Me, Myself and I. Monday, November 22, 2010. Relieved to do what I want to do! I've been feeling lots of pressure lately. Finances, graduate work, my health, it's all been a heavy load. To get me through the pressure, I project to a safe day in the future. Today is a safe day. I am relieved to do what I want to do. No work today, so my personal list of things to do gets some attention. That's the real relief, when we get a break from the "have to's" to do the "want to's.". Next safe day: December 4th!

Friday, September 9, 2011. The teacher was amazing, very energetic. It was so FUN! I don't think I have missed a class that I have been available for. Bottom line, I am hooked on Zumba! Sunday, October 17, 2010. I had such a wonderful conference weekend. It just gets better everytime. My parents came from Rexburg, and my brother Chet came from Atlanta. We spent the weekend in Tooele at Lani's. It is such a blessing to be able to listen to prophets and apostles of God instruct us. The Spirit of the Lord was so strong. I feel truly blessed and am listening over and over to these talks. Points that struck me:. Studying the scriptures trains us to hear the voice of the Lord. Life, by Merry.
