The speedboats (called AJATO and Rio Belo) from Manaus to Tefé go on all days except Sunday. They leave 6AM from the port called “Escadaria” or “Manaus Moderna” and arrive in Tefé around 12 to 14 hours later. The AJATO from Tefé to Manaus go every day 6AM.
