The weather was freezing fog and everything was covered in a thin sheet of ice, so he got to spend his first day and night in the house! This morning I moved him back outside with his mother. I found a new corn bread recipe that I had to try. This recipe makes a moist, almost cake-like, cornbread. Next time I think that I will add some shredded cheese to it! 1 (8 oz) box Jiffy Cornbread mix. Preheat oven to 350. Stir all ingredients together and place in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes. Use Goat Milk Soap!

I have never been real excited about Stuffed Bell Peppers. You know the ones, Peppers crammed full of hamburger and rice then smothered with tomatoe sauce. Edible but not very exciting. Well I tried a new recipe the other night and I think it is a keeper. 6 Bell Peppers (cut in half length wise). 2 1/2 cups rice. 2 pounds ground meat. 1 onion, diced.
