With veggies from local gardeners, and my own homegrown windowsill cilantro, I offer a recipe for Pico de Gallo:. 4 large tomatoes (firm), seeded and chopped. 1 cup onions, chopped (I usually combine walla walla. Cup chopped fresh cilantro. 3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 jalapeños, finely chopped. 2 garlic cloves, minced. A splash of virgin olive oil. 1 Combine all ingredients a medium glass or ceramic bowl. 2 Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Wild widow 10:22 AM.

It might be a good time to stock up. As fuel prices rise, food prices will too. If you can make room in your home, it might be a good idea to stock up on non-perishable items like non-fat milk, cornbread, flour, rice, and oatmeal. A few years ago I had an argument with a poster regarding her irresponsible decision to produce children when there are so many waiting for adoption. This brings up a related problem. For those who love children SO MUCH, then why not adopt? This is a question the richer parents might wish to consider.
